Then please join me for a Plant-Spirit Filled afternoon discovering and connecting with your own Plant Ally.

I will first lead you on a guided meditation to relax, get centered and allow you to tune into your core essence. From this grounded place you will venture out into my gardens and find the Special Plant that is calling you.

You will then become intimate with the plant by observing, touching, tasting and ultimately drawing/painting your new Plant Ally. The process of drawing/painting your plant entails in-depth observation and intimacy which ultimately creates a deep understanding and connection both energetically and physically with your plant.

After drawing/painting your Plant you will then make a healing potion (flower essence or tincture) for you to bring home.

Your plant can offer you healing by directly using it for medicine as a tea or other herbal preparation AND your plant can also pass along guidance to you in other subtle messages like how it grows or its shape, color or smell. Often people will intuit, sense or feel a message from the plant’s Spirit or energies.

We will also have time to discuss what your plant is used for medicinally and to look up your plant in my herbal books.

For the last part of the day -after you have made a connection with your Plant, I will provide you with a leather pouch that you can put a  bit of your plant in to bring home and wear or place in a special spot.  There will be materials to decorate your pouch with and additional items for putting in your pouch.

This is one of my favorite ways to connect with the plants. This process is truly transformative and creates a deep bond between you and the plant - which you can then call on for support as your life unfolds. This workshop will be held at my home and gardens in West Corinth on Sunday, July 9th from 10:00-4:00.

Cost is $65.00 which includes your special plant potion to bring home, use of drawing/painting materials, a Handout with different activities for you to continue working with you Plant Ally, a leather pouch for your plant, a tasty lunch & herbal snacks and teas and the Inspiration and Guidance from finding and connecting with your new Plant Ally.
