As we enter into the depth of Winter- and the height of the cold and flu season, it is important to STRENGTHEN OUR BODIES AND SOULS WITH HEALTH-GIVING HERBS AND NOURISHING FOODS.

Your doctor will most likely tell you that there is not much you can do if you get a cold or flu besides taking a Tylenol and resting BUT in reality there is SO MUCH we can do to help us prevent and lessen the duration of common winter ailments (like colds, flus, sinus infections, coughs, sore throats).

*I will be teaching a series of 3 classes, one Saturday afternoon a week where we will learn about herbs and foods that can strengthen and balance our bodies and greatly enhance our ability to fight off winter ailments.  At each class we will make two herbal concoctions for you to take home and have teas and herbal snacks to share. We will discuss different aspects of our health and learn numerous ways that we can keep our bodies and souls healthy and resilient.

**Dates & Topics we will cover:

*Saturday 2/5/22, 1-4:00— How to boost our immunity with herbs and foods to fight off infections (we will make Immune Boosting Tincture & Immune Boosting tea).

*Saturday, 2/12/22, 1-4:00- How to support our lungs to stave off coughs, pneumonia, bronchitis, etc.(make cough syrup or tincture and lung support tea).

*Saturday, 2/19/22 1-4:00 - Herbal antimicrobials to kill off those nasty germs! Plus, sinus and ear support and healing (make Antimicrobial potion and sinus oil).

At the end of the 3 classes you will be equipped with the necessary potions and herbal wisdom (from my teachings PLUS 3 Herbal Handouts full of great info and recipes) to enable you to support yourself and your family with confidence to fight off the different winter ailments that come your way.

Classes will be held at my cozy home in West Corinth.

Cost for the series - $75.00 class = $225.00 - This cost includes 2 Herbal Remedies each class to take home (6 remedies total), and 3 in-depth Herbal Handouts chock-full of great information and recipes.
